Breeder’s Description – ‘Blockhead’

Blockhead – This is a new addition to Spice of Life Seeds. The mother was selected from seed developed by one crazy yanqui. The exact origins are somewhat of a mystery. It is strong pot. The feminized mothers were fairly homogenous, although from several of the line, and another more extreme sativa. This mother had indica-like buds on a sativa sized plant. Crossed with the same SwT father as Sweet Tooth #3!

I started 2 seeds. One male and one female. Another easy strain to grow from SOL. This one appeared to me to be a Sweettooth #3. Fat leaves and super vigorous grow. Low odor and she sucked up the nitrogen.

I vegged her for about 6 weeks and then flowered for 57 days.

The smoke has a nice sweet/fruity odor. The buzz is not as couch-like as the normal Sweettooth #3. It has a nice mix of head/body buzz to it. Though it will lock your ass to the couch if you over do it.

Overall a real easy plant to grow. And some very pleasant smoke.

I start all seedlings in 1 gallon pots and put them under 160 watts of Fluros and when they reach 14″ in height I re-potted them into 5 gallon buckets and moved them under a 400 watt HPS.

My Soil mix – I use Black Gold Coco mix as a base and add 1/3 cup of blood meal and 1/3 cup of bone meal. 2 tablespoons of Dolomite lime.

That’s it. If during flowering I start to see any yellowing I have been adding some bat guano mixed into their watering.

10 seeds were started. the m/f ratio was 5:5
all plants showed sex in veg and the males were tossed.

2 were more sativa and 3 were more indica, sadly the favorite sativa was lost, after a failed revegging. The favorite indica(bh2) has survived and thrived.
