Imagine If You Will
That the police came into your home and went into your medicine
cabinet. They found a prescription of Vicodin that said "take when
needed for pain." They then confiscated the prescription because
you had 23 pills and the arresting officer claimed that only 14 pills
were needed.
You were taken to jail and booked. Having made bail and hired an
attorney you returned home where you had to call your physician
for another prescription and explain your arrest. After court appearances
the District Attorney decided to not pursue your case, but refused to
return your prescription.
After bail and attorney costs and you being on a limited income you
couldn’t afford another doctors visit or prescription so you just had
to stay in pain.
For this you would feel "grateful" that the DA decided you would not
face further legal proceedings. Right..? NOT!
Can we somehow get the the New Current US
Administration to understand these basic points?
THAT WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS!
THAT WE ARE NOT DRUG DEALERS!
GOD DOESN’T CREATE ANYTHING BY MISTAKE!

During the campaign, President Obama pledged to end Drug Enforcement Agency raids on state-legal medical cannabis providers. Yet just two days after he took office, Bush loyalists within the DEA raided another California dispensary, the Patient-to-Patient Collective. These DEA dead-enders can be stopped – but only if you ACT!
Congress needs to hear from you. It only takes two minutes to ask your Representative to join the Congressional Sign-on letter urging President Obama to suspend the raids by Bush loyalists.
