If What I Have Reported In This "OnlinePot News Report Expose' "Was NOT
100% True?" Then Hush Mail Would
Have Had Their Lawyers, "All Over Me" Trying To Legally Get This
Report REMOVED! That Last 2% On Me Being

hush.ai email account. Was just closed due to "Breach Of Service
Terms!" Even the offshore hush.ai email
are NOT SECURE!
If you are using them! I now have to make an update to this
News Report, That my security advice is
There are other secure PGP Encrypted Email Servers like the Swiss Based www.countermail.com

Use www.safe-mail.net But that's
a call we each need to make for ourselves!

With Hush Mail
So This Basically Means That
"Uncle" Still Can't Access The Hush.ai Offshore Email Server!
So The Emails Remain Secure. They just use the
"Breach Of Service Terms Violation!" Bit!
And Have HushMail Home Office In Vancouver BC. To Institute a
"Breach Of Service Terms Violation!"
And Just Ban The "Offending Hush Mail Email Account!"
Your Fine Until They Hit You With The
"Breach Of Service Terms Violation!" & Regretfully At That Point. The Email
Account is Basically
"Dead In The Water" And Not A Dam
Thing Can Be Done To Access It! EVER AGAIN!

I wish that this was "just some bad joke" but
It's NOT! Things have "occurred recently" that I cant go into
any "Major In-depth Details About Them". But I have had my suspicions about how
"Secure They Really
Are Now??" for about the last 5 or 6+ Years now. Fall Out After The US Patriot Act Took Effect!
Hence why I have been using the "HUSH.AI Email
Servers Option" That are "Not Based In Canada" But
based "Offshore On A Small Sovereign Island Nation" That Has ZERO
Treaties With Any Other "Foreign
Governments" for the past 4 to 5 years.
I need to be very clear here, It is ONLY the
Canadian Based "Hushmail.com Email Servers" The Hushmail
Email Servers That Are Based "Inside Canada" That we are pretty
positive (98%) have "Been Legally
Breached By The Canadian Government".
A quick background on "Hushmail .com" The day
the "US Patriot Act Took Effect" Hushmail packed up &
fled the USA for Vancouver Canada OVERNIGHT! & Set up their
servers inside Canada. The US Patriot
Act was going to get them 100% access to any secure hushmail accounts that
the new "USA Homeland
Security Department Group" wanted to access!
Years later now & comparing notes with other "Security
Concerned Folks" & My worst suspicion these
last 5 or 6+ odd years now! As Things Stand Right Now? I am now 98% Positive that the "Hush.com
Canadian Email Server
Accounts"
HUSHMAIL.COM EMAIL ACCOUNTS
ARE NO LONGER 100% SECURE!
My Advice Is Simple Immediately STOP!!
If You Are Using One Of The "Canadian Based Hushmail.com Email
Accounts?"
STOP Using It! & Just switched over
to the "HUSH.AI Option Offshore Email Servers!

There was one Canadian case law back about 3+ years
ago, Of someone who "Broke Canadian Law"
And the Canadian Government was able to "Legally Force Hushmail.com"
to give the Canadian Mounties
Full Legal Access To That Email Account! It was a "Non Marijuana
Related Crime" In Canada. It Was I
Believe "One Of The Online Pervert Type
Cases".
So there has been "Legal Canadian Case Law Made"
all ready on forcing Hushmail.com to grant full
access to certain hushmail.com email server accounts. Where the hushmail email severs that
are based
"Inside Canada Itself" And regretfully Canada dose NOT have
a version of the "Freedom Of Information
Act Requests" So at this time I can't just force them to revel the
information like we can here in the USA.
And Proof That Last 2%. But some of the "Canadian Legal Lawyers" May
be able to help prove that last
2% on the Hushmail Being Legally Breached? And I Am Waiting To Hear Back
From The MIT Computer
Brainiacs, To Get Their Feedback On This Current Security Issues With The
Huhsmail.com Problems.
So "At This Time Theoretically " That As Long
As You Make The Switch Over To The Offshore "HUSH.AI
Email Server" And "Don't Break Any Laws" On That Small Sovereign
Island Nation. Your Hush.ai Email
Server Account Will Be And Will Remain "Out Of Legal Reach" From
Any Other Governments Ability To
Gain "Legal Or Illegal Access" Inside Your Hush.Ai Email Server
Account.
And It's real simple to switch over to the
"Offshore Based HUSH.AI Email Servers" Once you get your
"New HUSH.AI Email Account Set Up" Then just go back into your
"Old Hush.com Email Account" & Click
the preferences option that you will see in the top right hand side of the
hushmail email page. You can set
it up so that it will "Automatically Send Out A Email" back to
any new e-mail's that come in, & Just post on
it that you have changed your email account & Give them the new
hush.ai email account address that you
have set up for yourself!
