The Marijuana War Has Been Brought To Florida
Good Evening Everyone
May 4th 2008
This newsletter has some good news & some horrific
News from here in Florida.
So I will start with the bad news first, &
then our course of action to deal with the bad news.
With in the last 10 days the state of Florida lawmakers,
who have passed a “Horrific Law into effect?
All marijuana grow ops that when they get raided?
If they have more then 25 plants? The grow op growers, will now be facing
a maximum of “15 Years In A Maximum Security Florida Prison!
Talk About gruel &
Excessive Abuse of the laws of common decency.
The very next day after this law was passed, A Massive
Set of Grow Op Raids were lead all at the same time, Covering 48 Different
Counties in Florida., a Total of 150+ Raids occurred all at the same time,
Arresting 135 Floridians, Seizing over 9000+ Marijuana Plants,
For a total of over 41 Million Dollars worth of plants & cash
seized..& Shortly they will move to legally seize all the houses that had
grow ops in them
These 135 People are now faced with the hopelessness of
each of them facing 15 years each “Hard time” in the Florida Prison system
upon their convictions L
THE WAR HAS NOW BEEN BROUGHT TO FLORIDA! And They have
Taken over 135+ Prisoners Of War!
And now we are faced with the duty of trying to stop
this war, by taking the fight directly to the lawmakers & Politians
themselves,
And Take the war to those who brought it to us!
The Peaceful people who were causing no harm to anyone, But just growing
a “God Made Plant” Demand & Require us to fight this war for them, &
Every future grower that will surely be arrested as well in time..
Florida didn’t do this severe of attacks, even back in
the 1980’s when they were battling the “Cocaine Cowboys” L
Now for the good news as of yesterday the paperwork
arrived here, that we now have a Florida State Chapter of ASA,
The Americans For Safe Access! Florida Chapter in effect.. Which will
give us “National Support”
As well as the ability to provide a 501 C3 Non Profit,
Tax Deductible. “In Kind Donations” Under The umbrella Of the National ASA
Group. Items that people buy & then Donate To the Battle For the Florida
Patients with The Florida ASA State Chapter. Are 100% Tax deductible!
So I am
calling on all Patients, Activists, Lawyers, Doctors, To Please Come Join
Florida's New ASA- American For
Safe Access Florida Chapter
Its time to build
our own “army of peaceful warriors”, & Take back the State of Florida,
from these “Immoral” Politians, Lawmakers, & Law Enforcement Storm
Troopers!
