Reach" of unjust US Laws, The Valid Medical Patient in Every
State Have To Have Access
To "Medical Quality Medicine"
& This avoids each states
& city's fears of the clinic's & clubs opening up in their towns. &
We
just use the "Caregiver Method/ CO-OP's" to get the
medicine to those that need it. & We
use discretely packaged mail & UPS methods to get it to the patients. No
Fuss! No Muss! &
No Clinics/Clubs In Every City! Everybody Wins! Only
Valid Medical Patients are allowed
to Grow & Mail, Or appointed caregivers. The states can issue a license.
Everything done nice
& discreetly. First sign of any illegal diversion you yank their
license & throw them in jail. But
Trust Me! With Nationwide Allowed Mailing Of Small Amounts,
Or even to allow In Each State

need to divert anything, They
would have no need to, They would have way to much to lose if they did it.
& By allowing Just the

Patients each month? Why can't the same thing work on a
national scale for Every
Patient In Every State? Just let "Us Patients" do the same thing ourselves
for all the patients
everywhere. Monitored By Each State Of Course! All the government would have
to do is let the
states issue the patient growers a license to grow & ship it. With
each patient having a reasonable
limit set on how much they are able to order
each month. So that will cut out any & all diversions,
Because the patients
know "They Can't Order Anymore" that month. & That will "Wipe
Out All Illegal
Diversions" 99.9%. Because if the patient does divert any of their
medicine to a Non-Patient? They will
end up going without the rest of the month.

"Win - Win" For Everyone, The Patients In All 50 States Get Their
Needed Medicine. & No Marijuana Clubs Or Dispensary's Are
Needed
To Be Opened Up In All These
State's & Towns.
