Things you will need:
Lollipop trays
lollipop sticks
1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of corn syrup
cooking spray
2 bottles of candy flavoring
1tsp food coloring
candy thermometer
half pound of cannabutter
2tsp tart and sour fruit flavor enhancer

in a small pan that is tall mix together sugar, corn syrup and butter…
stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.. bring everything together to a boil without stirring.. when temps get 260*f add 1 tsp of food coloring, do not stirr… when it gets 300*f remove from heat add flavoring and stirr…. hurry and put the candy in the molds before it cools down…. oops almost forgot spray your molds and put sticks in before you do any thing… |
