Green Air CO₂ Generators

Carbon dioxide generators operate by burning carbonaceous fuels such as propane or natural gas. Green Air CO₂ generators are specially designed to maximize the production of CO₂ and minimize heat as a byproduct. A constant burning pilot is used to ignite the gas when the generator is turned on. A thermocouple is used to monitor the pilot flame. If the pilot flame is lost, a safety valve will close so that unburned fuel will not be released into the enclosure. Timed CO₂ generation is accomplished by plugging into an ART Recycle timer. Operates on 110 VAC. An optional LP crossover assembly is available which automatically switches to a second tank when the first tank runs out of propane.

C.A.P. AIR-3

The AIR-3 CO₂ Controller combines an easy to operate thermostat and dehumistat to run an exhaust fan. Just set the temperature and the humidity level with the knobs and whenever either setting is exceeded, it causes whatever you plug in to the AIR-3 to turn on. It has an outlet for CO₂ equipment which switches off during exhaust and a photocell to turn off CO₂ equipment during the night period.

C.A.P. Full Greenhouse Controller - FGC

The FGC Full Greenhouse Controller has the capability of controlling CO₂ levels in two ways.  "Smart" CO₂ control uses 4 independent timers to control CO₂ injection, frequency, overall cycle ad exhausts duration times.  An optional CO₂ Parts Per Million (PPM) controller cal also be added to control CO₂ levels precisely (PPM-1b)  The FGC also features a 24-hour, 7-day capacitor back-up with digital time-clock control for day/night functions.  It maintains up to 20 programmable on/off times during power outages.  It can operate a 1000 watt light directly.  It has temperature and humidity controls which will control an exhaust blower and will automatically cut off CO₂ while in ventilation mode.  Includes a recycle timer for pump operations.

C.A.P. CO² - 4

The CO₂-4 controller combines all of the necessary components to give you one of the most efficient methods of controlling CO₂ available today.  As with all of CAP's CO₂ controllers, a thermostat and a dehumistat are used to interrupt CO² use and enable exhaust cycles if the temperature or humidity rises above the preset level.

Here’s where the CO₂-4 separates itself from the competition.  The CO₂-4 utilizes four timers!  Four timers that give you complete control of the overall cycle time, exhaust cycle duration, the CO₂ inject duration, and the frequency of the CO₂ injection.

In addition to controlling CO₂ by time, the CO₂-4 can be used with the PPM-1b controller to provide the ultimate in CO₂ control! The CO₂-4 can control CO₂ levels within the growing area with PPM accuracy when used in conjunction with the PPM-1a controller. Simply plugging the PPM-1a into the standard quick-disconnect on the side of the CO₂-4 instantly gives you the ability to fully control all atmospheric conditions which affect timed CO₂ systems.

C.A.P. PM-1b

The PPM-1b is an infrared CO₂ measuring device capable of displaying the level of CO₂ within the growing area from 0 to 5000 PPM. The PPM-1b can be pre-programmed to maintain whatever level of CO₂ you want when combined with the FGC  or CO2-4.  Optional software provides you with a "real-time" link to the PPM-1b and allows you to customize the injection set points and the dead-band.  

Green Air Micro Climate Controller (MCC-1)

The Micro Climate Controller MCC-1 incorporates an external coil cooling thermostat , a dehumidifying humidistat, a 24-hour clock timer, a photosensor and a repeat cycle timer. Heating and humidifying control is provided by triggers for remote high-amperage relays which enable synchronized equipment management. Fan will operate when conditions exceed those set points. Timer "On" times as short as 5 sec. can be achieved to operate irrigation pumps and automatic watering systems. The 24 hour clock timer is useful for all daily oriented timing operations. 

Green Air CDMC CO₂ Controller

The Green Air CDMC is a combination package of two products, the CDDS-2 Sequencer and the CDM-6000 Carbon Dioxide Monitor which together will provide CO₂ PPM control for your grow room. It works to provide a digital readout in parts per million of how much CO₂ is in the air. It will switch on and off your CO₂ injection system or generator to keep the desired level (user controllable).

DH CO₂ Starter System

The DH CO₂ Starter System is our best selling CO₂ equipment package. It includes a C.A.P. AIR-3 atmospheric controller with photo cell (or a Green Air CT-DH-3P atmospheric controller with photo cell), a recycle timer, a 265 c.f.m. Dayton blower and a DH CO₂ regulator with optional aluminum tank. This combination is the perfect CO₂ starter system for most applications. The Controller will operate the ventilation when either the temperature or humidity setting is exceeded. While the controller is operating the ventilation system, the CO₂ is automatically disabled. The cycle timer will operate the CO₂ at the end of an exhaust cycle and at a specified timed interval until the exhaust fan operates. CO₂ functions are disabled during the night period. DH CO₂ Starter System

The DH Professional CO₂ system gives you PPM level control of your CO₂ functions. You just set the PPM that you wish, and the system will keep your environment at that level. We offer 2 different versions, one from Green Air products and one from C.A.P. They are functionally equivalent. The Green Air System features a CDMC Monitor and Controller for PPM level accuracy. It is teamed up with the Green Air CT-DH-3P which will allow you to vent your room if the temperature or humidity exceeds your settings. While venting, it turns off the CO₂ functions. When the venting is complete, it will bring the CO₂ PPM up to your preset level. The C.A.P. system features a CO₂-4 and a PPM-1B for PPM level accuracy. The CO₂-4 incorporates temperature and humidity control. When the temperature or humidity exceeds preset levels, it will disable the CO₂ and start the exhaust function. Upon completion of the exhaust, it will bring the CO₂ PPM up to your preset level. Both systems include a Dayton 265 blower and a CO₂ regulator with optional tank.
